We are specialized in researching, development, manufacture and distribution of piston pin, tappet, push rod, rocker shaft, four-matched sets (piston, piston ring, piston pin, cylinder) and other internal-combustion engine, shock absorber and module. We were one member of Chinese internal-combustion industry council, one of Vice-Directors of the branch council of Chinese Inlet & Exhaust organization, one of the key enterprises of internal-combustion engine fittings in China and emphasis enterprise of Chinese internal-combustion fitting. Our brands Work/ Torch is appraised as famous brands in Hunan province which were selected as the matching products of engines by more than thirty factories such as Yulin Diesel Engine Co***ny, Wu¡¯xi Diesel Engine Works, Da¡¯Lian Diesel Engine Co***ny and so on. Our piston pin was appointed to the first selected products by Yulin Diesel Engine Co***ny and Wu¡¯xi Diesel Engine Works, and also appointed to exclusively supplier by mostly Diesel Engine. The piston pin production process passed QS 9000 in 2002. The export sale amount is USD 500,000 in 2004. The market occupancy of piston pin is 6.8%, which is the biggest in China.
We founded the shock absorber factory which is cooperated with Daewoo Precision Industries Co.,Ltd in technology and market. The production capability is 600 thousand pieces now, and the capability will reach at 3.6 million pieces in the next years.
Our market strategy is the export market, OEM and After market in China which is respectively 1/3. The total sale amount is RMB 75,000,000 in 2004.
